Parents order a yearbook and can buy a personalized message for their child. The price depends on how many words they write.
Volunteers used to count the words and check that the payment matched. EventEase counts the words and calculates the price from the ranges you set.

No monthly subscription. You pay when the event takes payments, not for a software plan that bills every month.
1% EventEase fee, capped at $250 per event. Nothing due up front. This rate does not apply to every PTO activity.
Color Run pricingStandard event registrations, merchandise orders, and ticket sales follow the EventEase rates on the pricing page. A typical EventEase fee is 2.5% on cards and 1% on bank transfers. Stripe’s processing fee is separate, and you can see both.

No. Color Runs and fun runs are one fit. PTOs also use EventEase for dances, yearbook orders, merchandise preorders, family outings, and simple food-ticket sales. Each activity can be its own event.
There is no monthly subscription. Color Runs and similar fundraisers are a 1% EventEase fee, capped at $250 per event. School dances, yearbook orders, merchandise preorders, and ticket sales follow standard EventEase pricing. Stripe’s payment-processing fees are separate. EventEase does not ask families or donors to tip the software. See the pricing page for current rates.
No. Families register, buy tickets, or place an order without creating an EventEase username or password. The organizer has an account so they can run the event.
No. EventEase can take merchandise-style orders — sizes, quantities, questions, and payment — and export them. It does not calculate sales tax automatically, and it is not a full online store.
EventEase collects the family’s registration, ticket quantity, contact information, and payment. It does not issue the venue’s tickets, and it does not connect to a professional box office. You export the list and work with the venue or ticket provider yourself. EventEase is not an official partner of any team.
Volunteers can register by name. You can ask the questions you need, see who signed up, email that list, and export it. EventEase is not a shift board with automatic reminders for every time slot. If that is what you need, tell us and we will say whether it fits.
